Duties:
This office is required by the Nebraska State Constitution and various State Laws to represent Greeley County and / or the State of Nebraska in any civil or criminal suit that comes before any magistrate in which the State or County is an interested party. This office must assist the County Board or County Offices requesting advice or opinions in situations in which the State or County have an interest.
